4. Third-Party Cookies

4.1 AI Help Agent

Our AI-powered help agent is provided by Anthropic. When you use the help agent, your session interacts with Anthropic’s API. Anthropic may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

4.2 Payment Processing

When you make a payment, you interact with Stripe’s payment interface. Stripe uses cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s cookie policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.

4.3 Authentication Providers

If you use single sign-on (SSO) via Microsoft or Google (Enterprise tier), those providers may set cookies during the authentication process. See their respective privacy policies for details.

We do not control cookies set by third parties. Their use is governed by their own policies.

5. Your Cookie Choices

5.1 When You First Visit

When you first visit our website or application, you will see a cookie consent banner. You must make a choice before non-essential cookies are set.

Your options:

Accept All: We will set essential, functional, and analytics cookies. Analytics will be enabled to help us improve the Service.

Essential Only: We will set only essential cookies required for the Service to function. Analytics will not be enabled.

We do not set analytics cookies until you actively choose “Accept All”.

5.2 Changing Your Preference

You can change your cookie preference at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer of any page. This will open a panel where you can switch between “Accept All” and “Essential Only”.

Your new preference takes effect immediately.

5.3 Separate Consent for Website and Application

Our marketing website (bigrock.uk.com) and application (ts.bigrock.uk.com) manage cookie consent separately. If you make a choice on one, you will be asked again when you first visit the other.

5.4 Browser Settings

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

•View what cookies are stored on your device

•Delete individual cookies or all cookies

•Block cookies from specific websites

•Block all third-party cookies

How to access cookie settings in common browsers:

Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data

Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies and Site Data

Safari: Preferences, then Privacy, then Cookies and website data

Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Cookies and site data

Important: Blocking essential cookies will prevent the Service from functioning. You will not be able to log in or use TS@BigRock if essential cookies are blocked.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. However, you can manage your cookie preferences directly using the consent banner or browser settings as described above.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or technology. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

If we make material changes to how we use cookies, we will notify you via the Service or by email, and we will ask for your consent again where required.

8. Further Information
